3. The promotion prizes consist of nine currently shipping iPod Nanos.

4. Nine winners will be selected at random from the pool of valid entries. Notification of a winning entry will be made via Twitter direct message.

5. Prizes will be shipped no later than 30 days after the promotion winners are announced. The winner must supply shipping details within 7 days of being notified, or he/she will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn randomly.

6. The winner shall be responsible for all taxes or duties associated with the prize.
